" My first goal is to help clients feel comfortable with therapy, and less overwhelmed by their problems. I like to partner with clients as they walk through life's challenges, and help them find tools to thrive. Whether you need some immediate relief, or you're ready to dig into deeper issues, I can design a plan with you to help you meet your goals.
I work with people ages 13 and up. I have special training in anxiety issues, including addiction, OCD, and trauma. When possible, I include loved ones in client care, so that they have more support and healthier relationships. I've developed a four-session family therapy model to help families reconnect, problem solve, and thrive.
