I am pretty nonjudgmental but I will tell you what I think. I don't want to overcorrect because wisdom comes from within you. I am a professional hippie who supports psychedelic research to improve mental health. My approach combines therapeutic models with mind-body approaches to help clients build insight and resilience. Together, we build coping skills, address trauma, and develop practical life skills. I work with adults, teens, couples, groups, co-parenting, and reunification work. I advise traditional and nontraditional relationships. I have much experience with neurodivergence.
I will provide feedback but I trust you to ultimately know what is best for you. I will guide you with a range of modalities including IFS, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and breathwork. I treat a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, avoidance, ADHD, PTSD, suicidality, personality disorders, and other complex diagnoses.
