If a major loss has left you overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of the best path forward, I know how hard it can be to cope and get through day-to-day life. I offer a non-judgmental space to explore and feel through these life challenges, a place to reflect, and a place to slow down. I work with high-achieving and highly sensitive adults and couples who are struggling with the pain of grief, challenging life transitions, relationships, burnout, self-esteem, or confusion about what comes next in life. You’re not alone in feeling challenged by these very human experiences, and you deserve to navigate them with support all along the way.
My background and training are based in systemic therapy and our work together will take into account your emotional, relational, and spiritual self, as well as draw on your existing strengths to direct the course of therapy. My role is to hold a gentle, curious, and supportive space for you. I offer online and in-person sessions.
