I am passionate about helping people who struggle with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I work from a trauma informed lens where I utilize education about trauma's effects on the body as well as up to date coping skills and therapeutic techniques, such as EMDR, CBT, and IFS to help my clients get the symptom treatment they seek. My hope is that my clients leave my office feeling better than when they came in. I pride myself in providing a comfortable, judgement free space to get transformational help.

I enjoy providing EMDR therapy for attachment trauma and (C)PTSD. Due to my experience living in 6 different states, I enjoy working with difficult life transitions, whether you have just moved or are going through a separation. As a queer therapist, it is important to me to keep a sex positive, kink-informed environment along with gender affirming care.

My priority is for us to work together to help accomplish your life goals. I make therapy a comfortable and welcoming space for you to work through any problem you bring to sessions, backed by a great team with decades of experience and various specialties to help us along the way. I’m a lifelong learner and I am continuing to build my skillset for clients.
