I specialize in trauma/complex trauma, religious trauma, spiritual abuse, cult & high-control group recovery, coercive experiences, and exploring or reclaiming spirituality after spiritual abuse. I also focus on OCD and scrupulosity (aka "religious" or "moral" OCD), grief, and existential concerns. Often, these concerns make it feel like you're not where you want to be in life and you might find yourself spinning about how to move forward. Together, we will work to figure out next steps and strategies that put you back in the driver's seat.
I bring both clinical and lived experience to the therapy room and I know how hard it can be to find a therapist who makes space for ALL of your identities without judgement.
