Howdy! My name is Sarah Stone and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of West Virginia. I provide therapy treatment to all ages with various areas of concerns impacting their quality of life my clients have. Together we will "connect the dots" towards health and healing, bringing light to the strengths you have, and clarity to ways to use those strengths! I will work with you to develop new skills to gain control over your symptoms and problems and to determine negative thinking patterns that have negatively influenced the way you currently think, feel, behave, that have become problematic.
My number one priority is to create a safe therapeutic environment where you feel trust and acceptance to be "YOU". My communication style is energetic, genuine, honest, and personable with times that I will be blunt and "straight to the point".
