About
Hello! My role as a therapist is to provide you with a non-judgmental, safe environment, that allows for personal growth. I believe that having a happy, healthy, fulfilling life is not only related to physical health, but is strongly intertwined with mental health as well. I acknowledge that every person is unique in their needs, as well as what is needed from a counseling relationship and adapt to your needs.
I am trained in providing counseling services to individuals as well as a focus on marriage, couple, and family concerns. I am certified in PEPARE/ENRICH Evidence-based premarital and Marital Counseling. I also have experience working with suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, as well as children and adolescents in a classroom and counseling setting.
Reaching out can be intimidating, but I am here to answer any questions you may have and offer the initial consultation for free. I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you or your family members!
