I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) with other evidence-based techniques to help clients understand and heal the different “parts” of themselves shaped by trauma. IFS allows us to work with compassion rather than judgment, helping you build internal safety and resilience. Alongside this, I provide a structured therapeutic framework to sessions.
I am naturally motivational and collaborative, helping clients stay engaged in the healing process while respecting their pace.
