Since 2015, I’ve worked in the mental health field supporting individuals through life’s many challenges. Over the years, I’ve found my passion in marriage and family counseling, helping couples strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and navigate conflict in a safe, supportive space.
In addition to couples work, I also work with teenagers who are struggling with issues like divorce, grief, anxiety, and the pressures of school and adolescence. I also support individuals of all ages who are navigating daily struggles—whether it's stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling stuck.
My goal is to help individuals and families create healthier relationships and set boundaries for themselves and learn how to better communicate with one another. Whether I’m working with a teen facing life transitions or an adult feeling overwhelmed, my approach is empathetic, and tailored to each person's unique situation.
