Hi! I am an LPC based in Texas, and I have been working collaboratively with my patients since 2013. My primary focus has been working with people who have serious mental health and trauma needs. I enjoy working with patients to help them develop hope for their future and confidence in their current and future goals and capabilities. I strive to continue learning and growing, and to develop new and innovative ways to help my patients. In our first session, my focus is to best understand the perspective of my patient, their mental health goals, and their concerns or fears regarding treatment.
I enjoy learning about my patients and am dedicated to tailoring therapy to meet their individual needs. I am skilled at helping patients engage in treatment and feel supported and heard. I enjoy working with patients who struggle with how their trauma and neurodivergence impact their lives and functionality.
I like working with patients who are open to being challenged and considering novel or alternative perspectives and modalities.
