Hi! The fact that you're here and looking for options to help you, is brave and I'm proud of you! I have been a counselor for 10+ years, and I enjoy meeting with people and helping my patients meet their goals. I do my best to see things from my patients view point and to provide additional perspectives when needed. I believe that my patients are capable and deserve kindness and I enjoy helping them see that too! In our first session, my focus is to best understand the perspective of my patient, their mental health goals, and their concerns or fears regarding treatment.

My three dogs help remind me the importance of self care, and unconditional acceptance!

I enjoy learning about my patients and am dedicated to adjusting therapy to fit the needs of my patients. I am skilled at helping patients engage in treatment and to feel supported and heard.

I have extensive experience working with patients who struggle with how their trauma and neurodivergence impact their lives and functionality. I like working with patients who are open to being challenged, and considering novel or alternative perspectives and modalities.
