I am dedicated to helping each of my clients based on their own individual needs. Everyone experiences stress, grief, anxiety, depression etc, differently and therefore needs to be treated according to what will work best for them. There are many myths about therapy and I am focused on debunking those. I DO NOT think you are crazy and I cannot read your mind. Therapy is hard work, but worth it. I want to see you get better and live the life you want and deserve.
I specialize in anxiety disorders. I personally have dealt with anxiety and am able to relate to my clients difficulties. You CAN overcome anxiety. I also work with many clients suffering from depression. Depression and anxiety often go hand in hand. Additionally, I also work with children and teenagers dealing with these same issues.
I do a lot of process work in therapy. I do not tell you what to do, or how to live your life. I provide insight and make suggestions. We work as a team to get you feeling better. This is your therapy and your life. I want to see you happy and healthy!
