Sarah Shelton helps clients work through patterns their nervous system learned to carry, and move toward a more balanced, connected life. Many of the tension, overwhelm, and patterns we carry stem from experiences that were too much to process at the time. Through a trauma-informed, somatic approach, our work meets you where your body is ready to begin. Together, we gently process the past, regulate your nervous system, and restore a sense of safety and aliveness. This is your invitation to come home—to your body, your breath, and your life.

Sarah Shelton offers Trauma Healing Intensives—focused, accelerated healing without weekly sessions—and ongoing Somatic Therapy for those who want to work at their own pace. Sessions draw on Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Parts Work. A group offering, Home Body Circle, is coming soon.

Together, we'll uncover what is stuck and causing distress in your life. I will be your cheerleader and gentle encourager in exploring and befriending your body, feelings, and past wounds.
