I work with adolescent females (13-17 yrs), young adults (18-40 yrs), and couples (18-50 yrs) from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in anxiety disorders, grief/loss, and OCD. Additionally, I provide treatment for phobias, depression, managing trauma symptoms, life transitions, stress management, attachment and relationship issues, and self-esteem issues.
Focusing on creating a supportive environment, I provide a safe space to help clients create positive changes in their lives. I believe in continuing to normalize the importance of mental health, that it is okay to not be okay, and to ask for help. I can be a guide as I walk alongside you on your healing journey.
