I specialize in treating adolescents and adults in the online therapy space who are struggling with difficulties related to stress and trauma, as well as chronic depression and anxiety. In addition to EMDR therapy, I also incorporate skill-building and processing informed by solution-focused, strengths-based, and mindfulness approaches.
