As a counselor I provide an environment where you will receive unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and genuineness. We will work together to identify the interventions work best for you and tailor our treatment to your needs.
I specialize in providing process-oriented talk therapy; and I work best with those looking for a gentle approach and deep listening skills.
