I have a passion for promoting healing and growth in clients who are experiencing transition. Often times they are dealing with anxiety and depression. You may be divorcing, laid off, retiring, re-careering, widowed, or an empty nester and may want to learn new ways to cope and move forward. I hear clients say they feel "stuck", "unsure", "confused", "anxious" and/or "afraid" of change. I am a unique combination of Licensed Professional Counselor&trained Life Coach w/1000's of hours of one-on-one experience. This means we can heal your past and create your future.
