I specialize in treating OCD and other anxiety spectrum disorders (Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobias). I offer both evidence based treatments for OCD: I-CBT (Inference Based Therapy) and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). I also incorporate ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) .
