Welcome to Reframe Counseling Services, a mental health resource dedicated to helping you learn, heal and create a life you love. My great passion is helping people to regain their emotional wellbeing and strengthen their relationships so they can feel peaceful, complete, whole and safe. I do this through compassionate guidance and clinical counseling in a nonjudgmental safe place. I am trained in EMDR and have many years of experience treating a variety of issues. I am currently offering online, virtual EMDR! I also provide clinical supervision for therapists seeking to develop their skills and meet their licensure requirements.
I am a psychotherapist with extensive experience offering in-person and online counseling. With years of educational and professional experience, I am qualified to support those dealing with a wide variety of issues that come with young adulthood, including relationship difficulties, difficulty transitioning in life, grief, anxiety, and depression.
Some participants engage in mental health support to manage anxiety, depression, or trauma, while others want to learn how to lead more fulfilled, joyful lives.
