I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. I show up to therapy as an authentic person who genuinely cares, listens closely, and creates a space where you don’t have to filter yourself. As a Northern Michigan native, I understand the unique challenges, values, and slower pace of life that shape our communities, and I bring that perspective into the work we do together. I view therapy as a shared journey and offer a down-to-earth approach grounded in honesty and warmth. The space we create is truly yours, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and care.
Therapy with me is laidback yet intentional, no quick fixes or judgment. Some sessions go deep; others focus on getting through the day. I use CBT, ACT, and a Person Centered approach to tailor each session to what matters most to you. My goal is to provide a safe space to explore, grow, and move forward in the direction you choose.
I understand the courage it takes to reach out for support, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. If you’re ready to begin or simply curious, I’d be honored to connect with you and start your journey!
