Are you stuck or blocked with moving towards the relationship, job, or inner calm you desire? Often at the core of feeling stuck or blocked is unprocessed trauma. While traumatic events happened in the past you may still be on high alert as if the event is about to happen or is happening right now. Trauma disconnects us from our core self, our bodies and from others. It can interfere with our sleep, mood, thinking, and relationships along with developmental tasks and needs. The good news is that we are well able to recover from such events and we can move out of the stuck places and into our choices, resiliency and power.
Because trauma is stored in the body I harness the effectiveness of Brainspotting, Havening Techniques and Somatic Therapy (TRM) to help clients release trauma and recover the felt sense of calm and strength. As trauma can keep us in a fragmented state, I also help clients reconnect with themselves and others by inviting in parts and inner child work.
I work from a strengths-based approach and believe that every individual has the innate internal wisdom and resiliency needed to heal and become who they are intended to be. I join with my clients and offer guidance on this path of healing. If you want to get more in touch with your own resiliency, please call me. One small step can lead to many big changes!

Groups
Perimenopause Group for Women
Perimenopause can bring unexpected changes—anxiety, mood swings, sleep disruption, brain fog, shifts in identity and relationships. Many women feel dismissed or alone during this transition. This therapist-led 8-week Virtual group offers a compassionate, clinically grounded space for women in perimenopause to connect, understand what’s happening in their bodies and nervous systems, and build practical tools for emotional regulation and resilience. The group integrates evidence-based therapies with an informed understanding of hormonal change, trauma, and mental health. This is not about “pushing through,” but about finding steadiness, validation, and support during a profound life transition.
