About

Solid, honest, intimate and trustworthy relationships are key to a more fulfilling life. I specialize in understanding and improving relationships with oneself, partner, children and/or parents. I help clients become more aware of what is important to them, build up their sense of themselves, and increase their confidence.
Often clients come feeling depressed, frustrated, anxious, or angry. By becoming curious about why things are not going well, clients learn about themselves and what is important to them. With that knowledge they gain control over their lives, experience fulfilling relationships and are able to respond to things constructively.
My approach to therapy focuses on a client's strengths and competencies in order to encourage the desired changes.
