I primarily work with teens, young adults, and relationships (both couples and ENM) who feel stuck in anxiety, shame, or repeating relational patterns. I especially enjoy working with queer & trans clients and college students, where therapy often includes unpacking systemic pressures and the complexity of building a solid sense of self during major transitions.
Anxiety is a central focus of my practice. It often feels loud, critical, or hard to turn off. In sessions, we slow down the anxious voice and get specific about how it shows up and the protective roles it has served. I help clients externalize those thoughts and build practical skills so they can respond to anxiety differently, rather than feel run by it.
