Clients that I typically see are facing the routine problems of life. Stress, marital/family issues, anxiety and problems related to school, work, and everyday living. I work frequently with 1st responders/military. They may have experienced challenges that are unique due to abuse or trauma. In therapy we learn that we have the tools within us to gain perspective and hope, that we can take good care of ourselves and those in our care. Ultimately, the end goal is that we get to a place where therapy may no longer be needed other than an occasional check in.
I offer client centered care at your pace and distance. We work on developing treatment goals together that support your current needs and anticipate your future needs.
I know that it takes a great amount of strength to reach out to someone when you need help. I am so proud of you for taking this very first step.
