If you’ve come across my profile, you may be experiencing stress, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion, and struggling to find a way forward. My role is to provide a supportive space where you can process your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and begin to feel more like yourself again. I work with both teens and adults to address distress, build coping skills, and promote a greater sense of calm, balance, and well-being.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies but shown to achieve benefits more rapidly (within 1-5 sessions). ART can help with the following: Anxiety; Depression; OCD; PTSD; Addictions/ Substance Abuse; Relationship Issues/Infidelity Codependency; Grief, and many other conditions.

My therapeutic approach is based on building a safe space where my patients feel a sense of security, acceptance, and comfort that empowers them to open up and facilitate healing and change. I believe that when people feel empowered and in control of their thoughts and emotions, they become able to overcome any challenge they face.
