As an Art Therapist and Counselor, it is my goal to listen and be present for your stories and perspectives and work with you to unpack their meaning in creative ways.
I work primarily with children, adolescents, and teens, but have worked with individuals across the life span, including those with diverse physical and neuro-backgrounds. Regardless of who I am working with, I strive to be strengths-based, trauma-informed, and resilience-focused.
As an art therapist and fiber arts instructor, I can offer a variety of creative outlets that can encourage self-expression, empowerment, and relaxation. Through fiber and textile arts, we can cut away unnecessary pieces, weave together new ideas, and learn new patterns for helping you feel like your best self. All skill levels are welcome.
Remember, stories and patterns can be re-written, and I will support you as you challenge the ones that have been holding you back, and nurture the ones that will help you grow.
I will personally respond to all emails within 24 - 48 hours, and I offer a 15-minute free consultation to anyone who is interested.
