About
Can you remember a time when anxiety, depression and feelings of stress weren’t your “norm," but now it is? If you had the tools to change that, what could you do with your life? As your therapist I help individuals ages 18 and up just like you: the ones that have it within them to regain their confidence and find the sense of balance they've been looking for in life, but just need the support to do that. Together we'll explore life's challenges, both past and present that you feel are holding you back. It's your turn to take care of you, and our therapy together will be unique to your goals, while being challenging yet comfortable.
Every single one of my clients is unique, which means treatment is not a "one size fits all approach." I am versed in several approaches, including the following certifications: Perinatal/PMH-C, Eating Disorders (EDIT-I) therapy, and DBT, a known approach for managing strong emotions and developing healthy relationships with yourself and other people.
I help my clients find confidence and happiness within themselves by equipping them with the tools needed to continue to live their daily lives free of excess stress, toxic relationships, and difficult emotions. I invite you to reach out if you would like to start with a free consultation to begin the process of bringing back harmony to your life.
