Someone grappling with a loss or other trauma, whether recent or from childhood, or navigating health issues: not letting that experience completely define you. My approach ranges from Buddhist mindfulness to CBT practicality, offering readings and writing prompts, to support you in setting intentions and working toward them.

Groups
Therapeutic Writing Groups
Therapeutic Writing is useful for various issues and populations, and each group is centered around a particular one (e.g. adoption, grief, infertility, sexuality, etc.), so that participants share common ground. We explore our internal experiences through short writing exercises, complemented by optional sharing and discussion (reading aloud and submitting your writing aren't necessary). Limited to 6 participants, groups can be one-time or ongoing, virtual or in-person, 2-3 hours per meeting.
