Hello! My name is Sarah Rudy and I am so excited that you have decided to reach out to better your life. However, I am not limited only to these areas. My goal is to create lasting change for those who desire it.
I utilize a wide range of evidence-based therapies with my clients including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Approach, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Attachment Therapy.
I am a firm believer that everyone can utilize therapy in one form or another, whether it be to achieve personal goals, learn new skills, or process trauma. I have 17 years of experience with individuals that struggle with multiple stressors and diagnoses.
