My approach to therapy is client centered and practical. I use CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed therapy to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and take realistic next steps.
In our work together, we will talk about what has been going on, what has or has not helped, and what you want to work toward.
We will talk about goals, but there is no pressure to have all the answers right away.
