I enjoy working with individuals/couples via telehealth and in their homes. I have over a decade of experience working with older adults, individuals living with disabilities/chronic illnesses, and the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience treating clients with caregiver stress, relationship challenges, grief and loss issues, trauma, & anxiety. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist and enjoy working with the poly/CNM and kink communities.
My therapeutic practice is grounded in compassion and empathy while working with clients to cultivate sustainable life changes. I pull from multiple therapeutic modalities and clients' strengths to cultivate a treatment plan that is as unique as you are. My work with couples is focused on concrete goal setting and based in attachment theory.
