I offer psychodynamic therapy through the feminist and developmental psychological perspectives; as well as concrete interventions you can start using today to change how you feel. We will work together to set goals for therapy and work towards those goals at your pace. I try to avoid hierarchical power structures in my practice, and approach it with cultural humility. I love to see my clients achieve their goals, so I tend to keep a forward momentum as much as possible. My goal is to empower my clients, decolonize, and destigmatize mental health treatment.
I specialize in adults who experience depression/anxiety, C-PTSD or PTSD, but have experience with a wide variety of psychiatric disorders because of my background in crisis services.
