They’re frequently navigating the challenges of family building – pregnancy, fertility treatments, adoption, perinatal mood disorders, and traumatic births. My passion is to see individuals foster and build upon their inner strength and overcome incredible obstacles.
I take a holistic approach to healing and enjoy incorporating other wellness modalities and services into my work. Integrating referrals for nutrition counseling, medication management, body and energy work, as well as being intentional with physical movement can easily be included if those are areas a client would like to explore.
