In therapy, we slow down and gently explore the patterns shaped by family, culture, and survival, creating space for you to rest, be supported, and reconnect with the parts of you who have been holding so much for so long.

I’m trauma-informed and deeply care about our relationship, nurturing a safe, supportive, and healing space. Using EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS-informed approaches, I walk this journey with you, helping you notice patterns, release what’s too heavy to carry, and reconnect with the parts of you that need care, rest, and gentle support.
