I see life as a journey filled with peaks and valleys. Each of us is climbing our own mountain. Whether you’re facing a steep climb or a small hill, I’m here to support you in developing tools to navigate life’s challenges. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, grounded in respect for your unique story, values, and goals. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is warm, reflective, and curious; meeting you where you are at to move toward your own unique goals. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, and life transitions.
My approach is supportive, trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to you. I bring experience from school settings, eating-disorder treatment and medical social work to my practice. I also understand how hard it can be to take the first step into therapy and I aim to create a warm environment, where you feel heard and seen.
If you’re ready to start your journey toward feeling stronger and more connected, I’d love to hear from you! I offer weekly, twice weekly, biweekly, and monthly sessions based on your needs and availability. Together, we’ll work on goals that help you reach your own version of the summit. Feel free to reach out for a 15-20 minute consultation!

We are not defined by what has happened to us. EMDR helps us access and process those painful experiences in a safe and structured way, allowing us to move forward rather than remain stuck in the past. It supports the brain's natural ability to heal, so we can focus more fully on the present, retrain our thinking, and live fuller, more connected lives. I additionally use CBT and DBT in sessions.
