I can help with relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other emotional or psychosocial concerns. I typically do weekly sessions with individuals and couples. Together we will set goals for your therapy. Then you can expect to experience some relief from symptoms in the short-term and wider life changes as we continue to work together over time.

I incorporate attachment-based treatment modalities that ground clients in their own sense of identity, both in and out of relationships. Building trust and safety together is our first order of business. My holistic approach incorporates mind and body, conscious and unconscious selves, and exploration of life experiences and core beliefs.
