Accepting New Clients-Life can present many struggles that can be stressful to both mind and body and get overwhelming where we aren't sure what to do or where to start. Sometimes a person might feel like they are the problem but cannot comprehend how relationships, finances, and society can contribute to issues. Therapy can help individuals, couples, and families work through obstacles and promote meaningful change. Therapy can encourage growth, empower, and honor a person's worldview by listening, guiding, and being with the client where they are on their journey. Skills can be learned to promote self-esteem and achieve goals.
I offer a safe place for all people that is non-judgmental and empathetic. One size does NOT fit all when it comes to therapy. I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic models to help guide clients on their journey toward change. I will encourage growth through realistic goal-setting and space for you to share your story.
