I earned my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Capella University. My training reflects a systemic, holistic perspective and integrative approach, including Brainspotting, Narrative, and mindfulness-based therapies to support anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges while fostering growth, self-awareness, and lasting change.
