You’ve always been the strong one, right? But lately, you haven’t been feeling so sturdy - your moods are all over the place, your attention or motivation has drifted, and you just want to feel better. Maybe you just need to vent. Maybe you’re having difficulty trusting someone enough to show that vulnerability because of past trauma. That’s ok! You have taken the most courageous step by asking for help, and that is exactly where I will meet you.
I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I use an integrative, collaborative, and holistic approach to healing by providing a safe and judgment-free zone (with some humor sprinkled in) for you to be real and vulnerable as you work towards your goals.
Authenticity and mutual respect are key components of the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you towards your most authentic self by exploring and understanding your unique experiences and perspective. Life is messy and hard and you do not have to do it alone. We will work together on that journey.
