Life pulls us in all different directions. Sometimes the direction is exciting and sometimes it's overwhelming. I'd be honored to help you walk through the parts of life that feel like too much. I specialize in working with people dealing with trauma, complex trauma, dissociative disorders, chronic illness, and issues with eating. I work from a trauma and HAES perspective and have training in somatic therapy and EMDR. I work from LGBTQ+ and anti-oppressive frameworks.
I work with you to create a plan to build resiliency so you feel better able to navigate your world. I recognize that both our minds and our bodies effect how we move through the world and help you build awareness. I provide a safe, affirming space to explore, process, and heal.
