Do you feel lonely in your current season of life right now? Perhaps you feel frustrated that things have not worked out and question if there is something wrong with you. You have not felt accepted and that you belong in so long that you have forgotten what it feels like to be known and loved. You are not alone, and I am here to help. I have been there myself and I too needed help and support.
I work with teens and young adult individuals, and have also worked with couples and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I specialize in anxiety disorders and grief/loss. Additionally, I provide treatment for OCD/phobias, depression, managing trauma symptoms, life transitions, and self-esteem issues.
Focusing on creating a supportive environment, I provide a safe space to help clients create positive changes in their lives. I believe in continuing to normalize the importance of mental health, that it is okay to not be okay, and to ask for help. I can be a guide as I walk alongside you on your healing journey.
