You may be feeling overwhelmed or hopeless, unsure how to find the healing you’ve been longing for. Many of my clients, individuals and couples, are navigating anxiety, depression, complex or developmental trauma, relationship struggles, or major life transitions that have left them feeling unsteady. They often feel stuck in painful patterns they don’t fully understand, longing for greater self-compassion, connection, and hope. Together, we work to untangle these patterns, deepen understanding, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change that feels more aligned, connected, and hopeful.
Using mindfulness based, somatic, and trauma informed approaches including IFS, focused trauma processing, memory reconsolidation and the Gottman Method, I help individuals and partners better understand the patterns shaping their lives and relationships, strengthen connection and communication, and move toward lasting healing and meaningful change.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking healing individually or within your relationship, I offer a compassionate space to help you move toward greater clarity, connection, and hope. I’d be honored to support you in that process.
