My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore life’s many challenges. I work from a non-judgemental, affirming, collaborative, trauma-informed, and attachment based lens. I have experience working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, love addiction, co-dependency, personality disorders, relationship issues, survivors of abusive relationships/trauma bonds, anger, low self-esteem, grief, ADHD, PTSD, and complex PTSD. I believe everyone is unique...therefore, my style is to customize the therapeutic process for each individual.
I use an open, integrative form of psychotherapy that adapts to the unique needs of each specific client. I can draw from a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), motivational interviewing, strengths based therapy, music therapy etc.
