Often the struggles and barriers we face are opportunities to envision what we really want for our lives. I am here as a child & family therapist to join with you and your family where you are at in the moment, and to walk beside you towards where you hope to be. TOGETHER we will get to the heart of what really matters. I believe that each individual, from child to adult, has unique strengths to build upon. My approach establishes the foundation of treatment on these innate strengths to overcome challenges, as to move towards increased life satisfaction & healthy relationships.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, families, and women. I provide therapy to individuals, family systems, and groups. Some of the challenges I treat include; anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, teenage issues, parent-child discord, sibling conflict, adoption, social skills, and work life balance.
My approach to therapy utilizes the individual & family's cultural values, ideals, beliefs and spirituality to increase empowerment.
