I primarily work with women, and I often help clients who are navigating anxiety, self-worth, trauma, depression, perinatal mental health, or church hurt.
The main modalities I utilize within sessions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I firmly believe that doing work around healing from past wounds has a ripple effect on current challenges we're facing. My goal is to offer a safe and comfortable space for you to share your story.
