When human beings experience trauma, chronic life stressors, or lack of support it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, I offer a collaborative treatment approach, which is tailored to meet your specific needs.
While treatment approaches may include various strategies and techniques such as mindfulness-based or cognitive behavioral strategies, I most often use a relational psychodynamic treatment approach focused on increasing insight and improving relationships, while helping you to heal and grow. In my work with couples, I utilize Gottman couples therapy.
