Feeling stuck in life may mean you're not aligning with your values. I'm here to help you listen to your inner wisdom and take committed actions toward what matters most to you. My approach is unconventional yet highly evidence-based. You will find a side-by-side, activity-based approach calms your nervous system to connect more easily than face-to-face, office-based interventions. By engaging in therapy outdoors, we will utilize the power of nature and adventure to improve your confidence and self-efficacy while healing old wounds.
I specialize in working with neurodiverse folks (e.g., Autism, ADHD, and/or learning/intellectual disabilities) and people who have current or historical trauma impacting their well-being. I utilize the outdoors to help clients regulate, group interventions to build connection and community, and hands-on problem solving activities to put insight into action.
Don't let the idea of "adventure" scare you. I am trained to always keep you within your window of tolerance, advancing into adventure when it feels right for your step in healing/change process.
