I specialize in treating female Adults & Adolescents with Anxiety disorders, Mood Disorders, Divorce/Separation, Abuse, Trauma, PTSD and other Women's issues including Maternal Mental Health. I've been counseling females for 20 years. Treating anxiety & trauma are my specialties. As a Mindfulness infused- EMDR trained therapist I will help you repair and reprocess psychological wounds and adverse life events that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from living your life to the fullest. I also integrate CBT & movement into therapy.
