I offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions of counseling or life-coaching. I do deep work with my clients & enjoy seeing rapid, but long-lasting growth. I like to see my clients reach higher levels of functioning than they ever anticipated. Sessions will involve honest conversations aimed at making your life better. We'll dig, discover, & then empower you to choose the best course of action based on insights gained. I offer individual, couples, marriage, family or group sessions. I am trained in EMDR and have experience helping clients reprocess traumatic memories.
I've worked with clients from a variety of ages, religious backgrounds, diagnoses and life situations. Most of my experience is with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma. I also enjoy working with women (single or married) and mothers facing difficulties related to loneliness, marriage, divorce, pregnancy and parenting.
EVALS: I offer various diagnostic assessments (ASD, ADHD, personality), evaluations, psychological reports & letters for school/work accommodations. No matter what issues you are facing, please feel free to reach out. I would love to help in whatever way I can. I am currently accepting new clients online or in-person.
