I work with individuals, children, couples, & families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse, mood disorders, & life transitions. As a trained EMDR therapist, I help clients reprocess painful memories & build resilience. I also use CBT & mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional regulation & personal growth.

I am a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. I collaborate with other professionals to conduct in-depth evaluations for ASD & ADHD providing reports for school/work accommodations & treatment plans. Specializations: neurodivergence, parenting, anxiety, panic, infidelity, depression, stress, life transitions, and Christian counseling.

I enjoy supporting individuals, parents, couples, & families through relational struggles, parenting challenges, & life transitions with a strong therapeutic relationship.
