I know asking for help isn’t always easy. I also know the gift of finding a safe place to land— a space where you don’t have to hold everything together. Psychotherapy can be that place.
In my practice, I bring warmth, gentle curiosity and compassion as I help clients relieve distress, foster emotional insight, connection and create meaningful change.
I work with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, medical or health-related concerns, major life transitions, and those wrestling with the impact of family addiction and/or other family dysfunction - either past or present.
My approach integrates IFS (level 1 trained), EMDR, Polyvagal theory, mindfulness, 12-Step recovery frameworks, and my background in medical social work. When helpful, I also draw on my training in spiritual direction. I offer a gentle, attuned, and collaborative presence, always mindful that this work often involves tender and vulnerable terrain.
Whatever it is that you may be carrying, you don’t have to hide or hold it alone. All parts of you are welcome here - the anxious parts, the caretaking parts, the grieving parts, the parts that feel “too much” or “not enough,” and the parts simply longing for relief, clarity or simply to be heard.
